If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at Goldenluxurylace@gmail.com When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. All items must be in original condition and can not be used or altered in anyway what so ever. To exchange the hair please ship it back within 3 business. No exchanges can be made after 3 days.
Exchanges – We are happy to handle any exchanges for you . Please contact us directly for any exchanges. We process our payments through Paypal however , we are responsible for direct exchanges. The best way to avoid any additional Paypal processing fees is to contact our customer service directly. Do not make a Paypal claim. Please contact customer service and notify us of exchange request. In order to qualify for exchange the items must be in original condition. Exchanges must be submitted to customer service 3 days after delivery. The product should not be worn or tampered with. Photo evidence of the items being shipped and proof of what items you received will be submitted to our company for your protection. We recommend that you also take photos and submit them with your exchange request.
