Shipping

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. On the East/West Coast 6-7 days. No shipping on weekends and holidays.

​For custom units or customizations processing is 7 business days. Shipping is 3-5 days. It is advised that you order your custom pieces 2 weeks in advanced to assure an on time delivery.

​DUE TO COVID 19 SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED.

Order Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

During major promotions, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

​BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND/CYBERMONDAY: Processing times may take up to 15 business days.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. Also due to COVID-19 NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS Unless there is an issue or mistake on our behalf. Refunds are granted solely upon owners discretion. With customizations you will receive photo proof of customizations before the product is shipped out to you. This will prevent any mis-communication or confusion once you receive the product.

For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE CLOSURES, THEY CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
